Damian O’Toole is the principal planner and owner of the company. Damian started his career working for various councils in Australia and overseas.
Experience was gained in assessing development proposals relating to all types of development including alterations to houses, new apartment buildings, new businesses including gyms and cafes, late opening bars and nightclubs, hotels and other visitor accommodation.
Working at various councils has provided a good understanding of the procedures and processes each council undertakes.
Damian has run his own planning practice since 2003 and has developed good working relationships with councils in the regions he services. Damian has successfully delivered hundreds of development approvals for private clients.
